The Cité scolaire international in Gerland is particularly the victim of water leaks from the roofs in passage areas and circulation areas. “Urgent work was carried out, including the installation of water retention tarpaulins”notes the community.
Immediate work was also carried out for infiltrations detected in Colbert (Lyon 8), J.de Flesselles (Lyon 1er), Marcel-Sembat (Vénissieux), Fays (Villeurbanne), Musset (Villeurbanne), Cuzin (Caluire), Forest (Saint Priest), Condorcet (Saint Priest) and Val de Saône (Trévoux).
“I want to reassure parents and families: no young people will be stuck and everyone, including boarders, will return home for the holidays. Bravo to the rescue forces and solidarity with our mayors who are on the front line of these bad weather”reacted in a press release Fabrice Pannekoucke, president of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
