In Mayenne, in Evron, Tuesday October 8, 2024, the public came in large numbers during the trophy presentation evening of the second operation, initiated by the community of Communes, The Coëvrons have Talent.

Joël Balandraud opened the evening describing this approach as follows: “Les Coëvrons is a territory which lives with inhabitants who make this territory. A positive rurality. We have in rural areas what we do not have in urban areas, an environment that loves our territories. »

Trophy presentation ceremony

A precise staging, presented by elected officials, Julie Ducoin in charge of communication and citizen participation in the 3C, and Nathalie Rousseau Nicolas-Guizonmunicipal councilor delegated to the event, saw the presentation of the winners followed by the presentation of the trophies manufactured by the Evron metalworks Limage’Ination.

The evening continued with a series of workshops which allowed us to discover innovative actions: participation, discussions, Zen conference, round table, role plays.

The winners

People, businesses and associations committed to the region were rewarded in six distinct categories.

In the category “A territory rich in its heritage and culture”, the winner is: Le Majestic Gallery Montsûrsbringing together 28 volunteers, an exhibition space for French and European artists.

In the category “A natural territory where it is good to live and eat”, the winner is: The Chocolate Factory BIM in Sainte-Suzanne.

In the category “An active, innovative and attractive natural territory”, the winner is: The Domaine de la ferté Clairbois in Sainte-Suzanne, offering three guest rooms and medieval activities.

In the “A human and united territory” category, the winner is: associative café “le p’tit Campo” in Champgeneteux.

In the category “A territory rich in the involvement of its inhabitants”, the winner is: the carpentry workshop within The Cornucopia des Coëvrons.

Finally, in the category “A well-designed territory for living, getting around, finding services and businesses”, the winner is: the Bookstore What a story in Évron.
