However, he remains attached to his legalistic approach and continues every day his documented and argued advocacy towards a small minority of countries still recognizing a phantom entity which proclaims itself as a State. Of the thirty countries on this list, a small minority makes it more of a position against the Kingdom of Morocco than an act of support and principle in favor of a cause. The rest of this list is probably made up of countries whose leaders today have been dragging out for decades and without much thought an act on paper that was committed almost 50 years ago.
And it is indeed the argued and tireless advocacy advocated at all times by the Sovereign, as during the last speech to parliamentarians, which truly made it possible to accelerate the turnaround in favor of Morocco and to foresee the outcome of more closer to this file once and for all.
But often, as in long-distance races, the final straight is where it is necessary to maintain even more, or even double, the effort.
