This weekend promises to deliver a feast of sporting action across Hérault, with a new round of cup competitions heating up on the agenda. Fans can look forward to the highly anticipated Coupe de , Coupe and Coupe de l’Hérault matches, in addition to various leagues showcasing local talent.

In volleyball, the France Youth Cup will also take center stage, while handball, rugby, bowls, basketball and many other sports are about to take place. So prepare your calendars and be ready to cheer on your favorite teams!

To start the weekend, the clash between Béziers and Pays d’Aix is ​​scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 p.m. at the dynamic Béziers-Médiranée sports center.

Trail Running Events

For trail enthusiasts, the Canicross du Berger offers four different circuits: a demanding 13 km Canitrail, accompanied by a 6 km course adapted to Canicross, CaniVTT and Canimarche. Competitors will set off from Mas de Cournon d’Argelliers, exploring picturesque trails around the equestrian center. Participants can collect their bibs from 6:00 a.m., with various departure times ranging from 8:15 a.m. for the mountain bike to 8:45 a.m. for the cross.

Another highlight is the Castelnau Urban Trail, with races scheduled over two distances—15 km and 7 km, both starting at 9:30 a.m.

The Trail des Calades, now in its 9th edition, offers two demanding circuits of 17 km (D + 650 m) and 11 km (D + 400 m), as part of the Challenge Pic Saint-Loup for the upcoming 2024/2025 season .

Youth Competitions

While the national championships take a break this weekend, the Coupe de France Jeunes begins its first round. In the M21 category, will host and on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
