The prefecture specifies: “Concerning the regularity of the implementation of the project, the prefectural decree of July 12, 2019 declares the work in the municipality of Perrignier to be in the public interest and specifies the expropriations necessary for the completion of the A412 project work.“. The prefect also considers that the prefectural order necessary for the continuation of the work has been extended “in due time“. This new decree allows work to continue over a period of five years, i.e. until July 12, 2029.
