SENEGAL-ENTREPRENEURSHIP-TRAINING / Kaffrine: 60 young people equipped in the management of commercial contracts – Senegalese press agency

Kaffrine, Oct 8 (APS) – Sixty young entrepreneurs from the Kaffrine region (center) have just benefited from training in commercial contract management, an initiative intended to enable them to successfully carry out their activities.

This two-day training session, which closed on Tuesday, was conducted under the aegis of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Kaffrine (center), in conjunction with the project to support the integration of young rural agripreneurs.

This training is an initiative which should allow young beneficiary entrepreneurs to “carry out their activities successfully”, explained the president of the Consular Chamber of Kaffrine, Moustapha Diop.

According to him, this “timely” project aims, beyond the training component, to support young entrepreneurs in formalizing their activities, before putting them in touch with financial structures.

He recalled that another training “for the first cycle was previously organized within the framework of the Agri-Jeunes project for the benefit of four groups of young people, in agriculture, poultry farming, livestock breeding and market gardening”.

Implemented with the financial support of the German Agency for International Cooperation, this program has made it possible to train, to date, three hundred young people in different professions, according to those responsible.
