The Cercle fencing orangeois has chosen Saint-Victor-la-Coste to install a branch of their club for the attention of the potential reservoir of athletes in the southern sector of Rhodanien who would like to move towards practicing fencing .

Thierry Dorbe, a state graduate, will provide initiation and training for future local fencers, of whom he hopes will be numerous. Classes take place on Wednesdays

During an adult session on a Wednesday, Maïté, who came to discover the conditions under which the lessons were held, assured: “I have always been attracted to this sport, what I saw on television made me passionate.born, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to practice fencing in Saint-Victor.” With her comrades, she willingly complied with the necessity of the warm-up session; the exercises based on speed and liveliness quickly acted on the cardio, fortunately the instruction on the codes which manage this sport, then the learning of the posture, the movement and the handling of the weapon will follow in order to make ‘a beginner a good shooter.

Classes take place on Wednesdays in the René Mathieu room, for children aged 6 to 12, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for adults and adolescents, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
