[VIDÉO] Sentence for sexual assault: Goûchy Boy throws his walker at a photographer at the courthouse

The actor Goûchy Boy, who was to receive his sentence this afternoon for having sexually assaulted a former acquaintance, was instead arrested in the middle of the courthouse after attacking a photographer from Newspaper.

Shortly after his arrival at the Longueuil courthouse, Ugochukwu Chijoke Onyechekwa, his real name, physically attacked our photographer by throwing his walker at him. “Hey!” […] Shut down,” he said, visibly angry.

Our representative was slightly injured in one leg. The scene occurred around 1:15 p.m. in front of several other media, who were waiting for the hearing to begin.

“Goûchy Boy was walking in the corridor and the photographer was in the media area. It was not overflowing, he was fully within his rights to photograph it. But without warning, Goûchy violently threw the walker. Then, he started to worship,” said Yves Poirier, journalist at TVA Nouvelles.

The actor is due to receive his sentence this afternoon in a sexual assault case.

“He is currently under arrest. He is entrusted under guard to the special constables of the palace,” a constable, Christian Jarry, explained to the judge. The hearing is currently suspended.

Remember that the person who played a prison guard on screen risks up to two years in detention.

Not the first time

This is not the first time that he has caused a small commotion at the courthouse. Last December, the actor also made a real scene in the court room when he was found guilty at the end of his trial.

In 2018, Ugochukwu Chijoke Onyechekwa sexually assaulted a former acquaintance during a night at a motel. He asked her to lie down next to him and penetrated her despite her refusals. He continued even though she was crying and complaining of pain.

To convict him for this attack, judge Christian Jarry took into consideration a telephone call recorded by the victim, during which she reproaches him for his heinous actions.

Confronted for almost two minutes, Goûchy Boy remained silent before apologizing. ” I’ll catch up [I’m gonna make it right] “, he said.
