At the end of the weekend, around 8:20 p.m.the workforce of the National Police spot a group of four people who rodeo on motorcycles. On the road, the band do not hesitate to take risks, and in particular to slalom between the cars.

The patrol therefore decides to follow discreetly this ride, when one of the bikers, all alone, falling from his two-wheeler at the level of the rue du Général de Gaulle. He is not injured, gets up and decides to leave. It is without counting on the policewho calmly call out to him.

After carrying out the checks blood alcohol content and screenings of narcotics, which turned out negative, they were able to question the young man, aged 20 and originally from Clichy-sous-Bois, in Seine-Saint-Denis.
