The festival will open with Little Red Riding Hood, from the Sylvain Huc company. A choreographic revisitation of Perrault’s famous tale which explores fear, using flashlights, cracks and stridencies. From 8 years old, 45 mins. Friday, at 10 a.m., school session open to all, and Saturday, at 2 p.m. Michel-Galabru Theater.
– Mŷthos, from the company L’Oiseau Lyre, a narrated wandering in the heart of the Sacred Wood where gods and goddesses of Antiquity come to life. From 7 years old, 1:15 a.m. Sunday, at 11 a.m.; free but by reservation.
– Animal sketching, from the Samuel Matthieu company, a visual and dreamlike spectacle mixing dance and aerial straps, inspired by mobiles and Calder’s eponymous work. From 6-7 years old, 40 mins. Friday, at 2 p.m. and Saturday, at 5:30 p.m. Claude-Nougaro Amphitheater.
– Barbatruc, by the Montpellier National Opera Orchestra, to explore music together, parents and children, from different angles. From 0 to 6 years old, 30 mins. Saturday, at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Michel-Galabru Theater.
– Circus of learned fleas, from the company Les Petits Miracles. A humorous theater of objects where the wild beast tamer Alfredo Panzani shows the full extent of his talent against… fleas. All audiences, 20 mins. Saturday and Sunday, at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bayssan Park; free, open access.
– For beech, from the Iéto company. An acrobatic performance which augurs a return to the earth. To be or not to beech, that is the question. From 6 years old, 30 mins. Saturday, 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Bayssan Park, free but by reservation.
– Sirr, from the Soleil Piéton company. Sweet and wacky puppet theater with a mischievous cat. From 2 years old, 35 mins. Saturday, at 3:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Saint-Félix Chapel.
– Twine, from the company Le Mouton Carré. Poetic theater of objects for an initiatory odyssey. From 3 years old, 35 mins. Sunday, at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saint-Félix Chapel.
