Until September 15, the Department of Hérault is launching a major survey to find out the image of the territory, with a view to creating a brand.

Jean-Louis Gély, deputy vice-president for tourism and the economy, justifies this “Hérault” brand project with the aim of bringing together tourism and regional stakeholders. “The exceptional diversity of the department’s assets (landscape, geological, historical, heritage, events) leads to the need, to identify our territory and amplify its attractiveness, to establish a reference and a common and unifying hook”, justified he.

Neighboring departments also surveyed

The Department therefore consulted a small panel of representative stakeholders to launch a major survey of all Hérault residents and residents of neighboring departments. At the end of the investigation, the Department will organize a seminar with all stakeholders in the tourism sector at the beginning of October.
