On September 27 and 28, the Energy Department, in collaboration with Energie-FR, is organizing the first Photovoltaic Days. They are part of the desire to triple the annual production of indigenous solar energy by 2035. “Achieving this objective and promoting Switzerland’s energy independence from abroad requires the commitment of owners , professionals and citizens,” explains the Directorate of Economy, Employment and Vocational Training (DEEF) in its press release.
The center of the event will be at Bluefactory where conferences and meetings with professionals will be organized. Open houses and visits to facilities elsewhere in the canton will also be possible. The final program will be available from the end of August on the Energy Service website.
