An outdoor evening, on the shores of Lake Lacanau, to learn more about the stars. This evening is being organized this Friday evening by the City and the astronomy club “La Bételgeuse” which will help you find your way in the sky. The opportunity to learn about astronomy, especially as the weather should be good with clear skies expected.

A wine fair from 9 regions of France
To learn more this time about French wines, an exceptional wine fair is organized at the Rauzan cellars. This Friday and until Sunday, winegrowers from 9 regions of France will be present to present and sell their wines.

An autumn celebration in the Bourgailh forest
If you are looking for an idea to keep the children busy on Sunday, there will be plenty to do at the Bourgailh forest in Pessac. An autumn festival will be organized all day, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with free activities: squash tastings, painting workshops, surveys to discover nature and forest animals, a market will also be held all day.

The first “Pink October” events
Who says October, says Pink October. Activities, races and walks are organized throughout the region to raise awareness of breast cancer screening.
This will be the case this Saturday in Périgueux with the Foulées Roses, walks and races of 6 to 8 km. The start will be given at 10 a.m. on the Place du 8 Mai 1945. 8 euros for registration on site and in the temporary premises of the Dordogne Cancer League, 10 Allée d’Aquitaine in Périgueux.
Another Pink October event this weekend in Gujan-Mestras. A biathlon combining Nordic walking and laser shooting is organized on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Participation is free and donated to the Fight Against Breast Cancer.
