This event, initiated by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry and supported by the prefecture of the Île-de-France region, prefecture of Paris and France Travail, is aimed at employers facing recruitment difficulties and eager to discover innovative practices.
A varied program to boost recruitment
The 15 days for employment offer a series of workshops, round tables and job dating sessions aimed at promoting meetings between companies and talents, particularly in sectors in tension. The event seeks to promote more inclusive recruitment, while highlighting initiatives to attract diverse profiles.
The key moments of the edition:
– October 1: Opening conference with Soumia Malinbaum and a round table on diversity in business.
– October 8: “Destination Jobs” Forum in Provins, bringing together companies and candidates.
– October 10: Job forums in Bobigny and Paris, with a focus on recruitment in the Priority Districts of the City (QPV).
– October 11: Job dating “Dare to embrace inclusive recruitment” in Cergy, focused on the diversity of profiles.
These different actions aim to strengthen the links between recruiters and candidates, while proposing concrete solutions to labor shortages.
