This report, divided into six sections, examines the measures taken to combat corruption. To begin, the first section takes stock of the progress of the strategic projects launched since the beginning of 2023. The second section reports on investigative activities, covering the Office of Complaints and Denunciations (section 1) as well as the Investigations Department (section 2). The third section takes stock of prevention activities, mainly carried out by the Asset Declaration Department (section 1) and the Prevention Department (section 2).

The fourth section provides information on the capacity building activities launched by OFNAC, as well as its representation by various collaborators. The fifth section concerns the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (SNLCC). It relates the second session of the Technical Monitoring-Evaluation Committee of this strategy and highlights the difficulties encountered in its implementation. Finally, the sixth and final section summarizes the general recommendations and those resulting from the surveys carried out during the year.
