“Youkaïdi, aida. » With their backpack, Bermuda shorts, shirt, scarf and hat, there are nearly 4,000 guides and scouts in Loire-Atlantique, all movements, young people and adults, combined. Sunday September 29, in Pontchâteau, more than 3,000 of them and their families will gather at the invitation of Mgr Laurent Percerou, Bishop of Nantes.
“In times marked by many tensions, I wanted to bring you together so that we could bring to our world a testimony of fraternity,” calls the former chaplain of the Scouts and Guides of France (from 2003 to 2013). A day, punctuated by games and prayers, in which neither the scouts of France (secular scouts), nor the nature scouts (Buddhists), nor the Muslim scouts will participate.
