Surfing and golf events in Lacanau

We first head to Lacanau for this unique competition in . This weekend, Saturday and Sunday, the 9th edition of the Surf and Golf Trophy will take place in teams of 4.

Surfing events to start on Saturday, and don’t panic, you only need one surfer per team. It will take place in the ocean. Entertainment and initiations are also planned all day on the beach for spectators.

And on Sunday, it’s time for the golf events at the Lacanau golf course.

The last Sunset Cabanes evenings of the season

In Blayais, in Saint-Mariens, Sunday will be the last Sunset Cabanes evening of the season. Guinguette-style evenings in the gardens of the Domaine Maison de la Reine. On the program: visit of the property, wine tasting, always in moderation and gourmet platters composed of local products.

Sunset Cabanes take place from 5pm every evening until Sunday. Prices start at 23 euros and reservations can be made at 05 57 68 66 75.

The countryside comes to the city in Périgueux

The 5th edition of the urban agricultural festival Péri’Meuh will be taking place in the streets of Périgueux from Friday to Sunday. The principle is simple: to highlight the agricultural world… in the city. On the program, meetings with producers from Périgord, farmers, their animals and promotion of their products.

A sort of agricultural fair but throughout the city with entertainment and tastings.

Children play archaeologists in

This weekend, in Bordeaux, we also recommend this outing to do with the children at Cap Sciences. The new exhibition “Mission Archéo” is accessible from 8 years old and, as its name suggests, allows the child to put himself in the shoes of an archaeologist by testing research methods, investigating and analyzing everything he was able to discover during his visit.

Duration of the visit: 1 hour. Cap Sciences is open on weekends from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Price for the exhibition: 6.50 euros.

Promenade Sainte-Catherine becomes a breakdance scene

Still in Bordeaux, the Promenade Sainte-Catherine becomes, until Sunday, a real breakdance scene. The best dancers have been gathered since Monday for battles, demonstrations and initiations.

On Saturday, Olympic silver medalist Nicka will even be there. It’s free.
