Autumn is coming, but the Seine-Maritime fair season continues. Want to go bargain hunting on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September 2024? Here are the events not to be missed in the department over the weekend.

Houppeville: clothing exchange, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Vivier room.
