The drug war has claimed a victim of barely 14 years old, while a third group from Montreal has joined the violent conflict between the Hells Angels and independent traffickers.

Our Investigation Bureau learned that this teenager came from Montreal with a minor accomplice to attack the Hells Angels training club hideout in Frampton, Beauce, on Monday. The youths were heavily armed with AK-47 rifles, our informants confirm.

The duo are believed to be members of Everybody Gets Killed (EGK), a Saint-Léonard street gang that has claimed responsibility for several violent acts in recent years in the northeast of the city. This gang is believed to be operating under the authority of another, even more violent group called Arab Power.

“It’s a gang that is also trying to take control of downtown Montreal,” says a source.

The latter adds that the members of this organization are trying to interfere in the drug war raging between the Hells Angels and the Blood Family Mafia (BFM), led by Dave “Pic” Turmel. They are taking advantage of the current instability to make a place for themselves in the criminal world of the capital.

“It is now a three-way conflict,” illustrates our source, specifying that this famous war risks taking another tangent.

AK-47 type rifles

It is difficult to explain at this time how the 14-year-old assailant died. The Sûreté du Québec refuses to reveal his identity or the circumstances of his death.

The AK-47 rifles were found burnt out in a vehicle that was also set on fire on Monday.

Following the events, the police went to the hideout, located on 2e Rang, where they found marks of projectiles. When they arrived, only one person was present at the scene: Patrick Pruneau.

The 64-year-old man, a member in good standing of the Quebec chapter of the Hells Angels, was arrested, questioned and then released Monday evening.

Montreal Gangs

Let us recall that other criminal gangs in Montreal have been called upon to contribute by the two clans since the start of the drug war.

Five young men from Greater Montreal were arrested following the murder of former trafficker and Hells Angels associate André Bourgoin, which occurred on September 7 in Mont-Joli.

Individuals also from the metropolis were targeted in the attempted murder of former trafficker Patrick Laurendeau, attacked the same day in Quebec.

The same story is true in the case of Michel “Doune” Guérin, who was allegedly shot dead by two suspects from Montreal in November 2023.

Third attack

It should be noted that this is the third time that the Red Devils’ Frampton home has been the target of an attack in the last year.

In December 2023, gunshots were reportedly heard near the hideout, forcing a police operation.

Last May, while the five Quebec chapters of the Hells Angels were celebrating in Saint-Denis-de-Brompton on the sidelines of the First Run, the first motorcycle ride of the year, individuals linked to the BFM allegedly took advantage of the opportunity to set fire to the hideout.

They were stopped by motorcyclists who were monitoring the scene. Shots were fired, one man was injured.

Command post

Furthermore, the Sûreté du Québec will set up its command post in Frampton on Friday and Monday in order to collect any relevant information relating to recent events.

The police will also be present in the area and “increased surveillance” will be deployed in the sector.
