The rape and sexual assault case that has been under trial since Monday in Nîmes reached its judicial epilogue this Tuesday before the criminal court. The defense supported by Me Christophe Huguenin Virchaux had pleaded for acquittal for part of the facts alleged, in this case, an attempted rape. The lawyer had also indicated that his client recognized all the facts alleged. Bruno F. was therefore acquitted for an attempted rape for one of the complainants. But he was found guilty of the rape of his brother and the sexual assaults perpetrated on his partner’s daughters. He therefore received a 13-year sentence of criminal imprisonment with 10 years of socio-judicial monitoring with care.
