He also mentions that if the facts took place on Wednesday and the farewell party on Friday, “on Thursday, the defendant had a sexual relationship with a forty-year-oldfriend of the victim’s mother.

M^e Loret supports: “The consequences are not far from catastrophic. The defendant remains braced in his position. He is not interested in the other, apologizing flatly.”

The parents came from Aisne the day before to attend the trial.

“Heavy and scabrous remarks”

The defendant refuted the prosecutor’s characterization of predator: “ I admit my mistakebut I don’t have that label.”

The court follows the prosecution’s requisitions: three years in prison with probationary suspension for two years.

The man, now almost 34 years old, is prohibited from any contact with the young girl and her family; to work in contact with minors for ten years. He will have to continue the psychological care that he started.

He is ordered to pay the teenager: €280 in reimbursement of health costs, €1,150.80 in functional deficit and €6,000 for the suffering endured.

As for his parents, he will have to pay them €3,000 each and €3,895 for legal, travel and accommodation costs incurred by this trial.
