Quebec police arrested five people in a Charlesbourg seniors’ residence following a robbery that occurred Tuesday afternoon, in connection with armed violence by criminal groups in the region.

It was around 2 p.m. that investigators from Project MALSAIN burst into the Manoir et Cours de l’Atrium, on West 57th Street, to arrest the five individuals aged between 26 and 57 for robbery and possession of narcotics, under the astonished eyes of the other residents of the place.
