Former Reines du Shopping employee files complaint: fraud case surfaces

The forty-year-old then considers a loss of just over 90,000 euros between August 2013 and December 2021.

At the industrial tribunal, Hervé Hubert presented timesheets signed in advance and stipulating eight hours of daily work. For Charles and his counsel, these were fakes since the sheets were not “never rectified when there is overtime“, which happens regularly. He then decides to suspend the industrial tribunal proceedings in order to attack the company for “attempted fraud in judgment” with a Paris public prosecutor. For his part, Hervé Hubert defends himself and indicates that he feels that Charles “wants to raise money to keep his company afloat“.
