Free Sunday at the Fabre Museum
Musée. Free access to the permanent collections and to the Hôtel de Cabrières-Sabatier d’Espeyran, where, for the last day, the exhibition Cambacerés, Napoleon’s asset is presented.
At 10:15 a.m. and 11 a.m., “Tales on the road” for 2-6 year olds, at 10:30 a.m., artistic snack for 3-6 year olds, and at 4 p.m., mini-tour 2-5 year olds: online registration and on site. At 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., “Traduttore, Traditore”. At 2 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., students are given carte blanche.

Vegetal Art Collection, Ursula Caruel and guest artists
Exposition. Inspired by the way in which the Montpellier Herbarium was created through multiple exchanges of dried plants over several centuries, Ursula Caruel chose to apply this scientific process to her artistic work. She draws and embroiders Mediterranean plants in two copies, one of which is sent to an artist based outside of France who does the same in exchange.

Documentary Film Month: “The Robinsons of Mantsinsaari”
Movie theater. Film by Victor Asliuk (2008, 57′). The island of Mantsinsaari belonged to Finland until 1944. After the Second World War, it became Russian and the Finnish population had to flee. Stalin colonized the island. After the fall of the Wall, those who had not died returned to the continent. Only two men remained here. A Finn and a Belarusian. One fishes and lives on the water. The other hunts and lives off the land.
