It will not be until March 31 that the selection of the Michelin Guide France will be revealed. A great celebration of French gastronomy which will be held in Metz (Moselle). On this occasion, the stars, green stars and gourmet bibs will be revealed. Without waiting for this ceremony, new restaurants have just been added to the French inspectors’ selection, visible on the house’s website. “What they found is too good to keep secret,” she comments. - Hestia in the 5th arrondissement
- Table Penja in the 7th arrondissement
- Brion in the 9th arrondissement
- Le Tire-Bouchon Rodier in the 9th arrondissement
- Erso in the 11th arrondissement
- Capsule in the 14th arrondissement
- Ken Yamamoto in the 16th district
- Restaurant F in the 16th arrondissement
- Phébé in the 17th arrondissement
- Adraba in the 18th arrondissement
- Dandelion in the 20th arrondissement
