They arrive on skis in their bright red ESF outfits, coming out of a morning of lessons teaching snow plows, skidding and pole planting under a radiant sun. “I was with pioupious,” says Florian, behind his mirrored sunglasses, tanned complexion, taking off his skis at the foot of the Pic-Blanc gondola.
