A 100% rock, blues and pop concert Friday January 17 at Quai M

The meeting is set for rock and blues lovers. Friday 1January 7 has 20 h 30 au Quai Mthe music scene of La Roche-sur-Yon. Rodolphe Burger, Erik Marchand, Medhi Haddab share the stage with the group Aquaserge. And combo which promises to be inflamed.

Traditional Breton singing

In 2004, Rodolphe Burger, Erik Marchand and Mehdi Haddab were at the origin of Before Bach, a project of musical encounter between different cultures, embodied by the rock/blues and the singing traditional Breton, having given birth to a album of same name.

More than 15 years laternow the three partners reconnect their weapons, voice, guitar and oud, for one concert under the sign of the exchange and the diversity.

In 2019, they were already in the studio to expand their repertoire, developed with several of their traveling companions: Pauline Willerval (gadoulka), Julien Perraudeau (bass, synth) and Arnaud Dieterlen (drums). The key: Good luck !¸ l’album went out to Last Band et SINKS.

More than 300 concerts around the world

Ce inseparable trio will be happy to interpret of the pieces from death two albums which, even though composed years apart, have the particularity of responding to each other, of join together and of complement each other.

Founded in 2005, Aquaserge is a group of experimental pop music without borders. Defining itself above all as a collective, he never stopped renew oneself and of transform over time, collaborating with more about fifty of musicians on more than 300 concerts across the world. During these 17 years activity, Aquaserge released a ten albums on various international labels (Manimal Vinyl Records, Chambre 404 (Arista), Almost Musique, Crammed Discs).

Aquaserge has been a septet, octet, quintet, quartet, trio, these moving formations transform music, sometimes become more complex et give shape to a specific musical genre impregnated of jazz, of rock, research on contemporary music and sound experimentation.
