The premiere of WWE on Netflix saw Hulk Hogan step in to promote his brand of beers. His Real American Beer and himself did not win over the Los Angeles fans who booed him copiously. A disavowal that should not prevent Hogan from appearing on Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25.
Dave Meltzer tells us about it in the latest edition of his Wrestling Observer Radio :
“So Hogan will appear on this show on January 25th. When he was on screen, they booed him like crazy. So it’s going to be interesting. Are they going to put him in front of the crowd and risk it happening again or will he not get booed this time?
The other interesting thing is Hogan and Jesse. I don’t think that will cause any problems. Jesse is 73 years old and Hogan is 71. Afterwards, I am convinced that Jesse will never love Hulk Hogan and that it is mutual.”

“Jesse” is Jesse Ventura, a Hall of Famer who left his mark on wrestling in the 80s and who tried to create a union within the WWF. Hulk Hogan then supported Vince McMahon in the battle against Ventura to prevent the creation of this union. Ventura is also expected to appear during the show.
Hogan’s adventures on Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25 could bring their share of adventures. You can find the show card right here.
