Paper editions devote a 160-page guide to the gourmet scene of the most populous Swiss city. A panorama of restaurants, bars and food shops as eclectic as they are appetizing.

The economic capital of Switzerland is probably not the first destination that comes to mind when planning a gourmet weekend. However, it is not lacking in assets: located just over 4 hours by train from , it sits nicely between lake and mountains, offering a rich artistic, architectural and gastronomic scene. In order to convince French travelers of this, the city of Zurich contacted the Papier publishing company, which devoted an enticing 160-page guide to it.

Known for getting off the beaten track in , this independent publishing house from has embarked on this first experience abroad with the same approach: “The idea was to get lost in the city looking for gems.
