Friday evening, some 200 Gaeq members met at the Maison des associations.
This Friday evening took place at the MDA, the traditional meeting at the start of the year for Gaeq members, with the equally traditional exchange of greetings. A full house, as is very often the case for the association, which was able, after this first very friendly moment, to attend the concert of the group “Jazzy Jazou” which enchanted its audience for more than an hour, on timeless jazz tunes and some great standards, including those by Claude Nougaro.
After this very beautiful and copiously applauded performance, a very copious cold buffet, where small dishes rubbed shoulders with large ones and were washed down in moderation with delicious beverages, awaited the guests who, gourmands or gourmets (it depended!), did not shy away from their pleasure. The evening continued thanks to and with the dancers from the eponymous Gaeq workshop and everyone gave it their all, this time without moderation, on the dance floor.
In short, a very nice evening which begins a promising new year.
The next meeting proposed by the Gaeq will be on Sunday January 26 at 3 p.m. at the Maison des associations, for a theater afternoon, with the troupe of Scèni’orts de Bruit de Couloir who will perform their piece “Tout Schuss” , for the benefit of the Telethon.
