The Kardashian family is doing what they can to help fight the raging wildfires in Los Angeles. She provides meals to firefighters through a restaurant, Khloe Kardashian said on Instagram.
The Kardashians donated food to firefighters as mega fires continue to rage around Los Angeles.
The reality TV family organized and financed food packages from a family restaurant that prides itself on being “the premier Middle Eastern restaurant in the Los Angeles area.”
On Instagram on January 11, as firefighters battled flames for the fourth day in the California city, Khloe Kardashian shared a screenshot of the packages that had been prepared.
“My family and I wanted to feed a few fire stations today and we couldn’t find a better restaurant than @carouselrestaurant. Our favorite American restaurant! They have prepared hundreds of individual meals for so many firefighters, volunteers, first responders, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you for risking your life for all of us,” she wrote in the caption, with a “hand in heart” emoji.
-In its own post, Carousel Restaurant shared photos of fire crews accepting packages and wrote, “We proudly delivered meals to several fire stations today. Thank you to those on the front lines for their dedication to their communities.”
The restaurant added: “A big thank you to the Kardashian family for funding the meals – your generosity knows no bounds.”
The move came as, according to TMZ, the Kardashian family was forced to flee their properties as fires were closing in on buildings in their neighborhood.
The outlet reported the Kardashians/Jenners “followed the mandatory evacuation order issued due to the Kenneth Fire, which quickly spread over 1,000 hectares in a matter of hours.”
