The Viva Cinéma festival, including the 11the edition takes place from January 22 to 28, counts among its guests Thierry Frémaux, director of the Lumière Institute and general delegate of the Cannes Festival. He will present, in preview, his film Light ! Cinema which looks back on the invention of cinema by the Lumière brothers 130 years ago. More than 100 previously unpublished Lumière views (the first cinematographic productions in history) have been restored and offer a journey to the origins of cinema. At the end of the screening, Thierry Frémaux will sign his books Judoka et Rue du Premier-Film.
