▶ How did you end up at the head of the bar-restaurant At Steph and Ju, La Barra Escriva ?

“It was a dream. My wife would have liked to open a tea room and I wanted to have my own bar. One thing led to another, we fell in love with The Writer Bar a magnificent bar-restaurant located in Bourg-lès-Valence. We don’t come from the restaurant business but we surrounded ourselves with a chef and we kept the waitress. We opened in November 2023 and until the Christmas holidays, things were going pretty well. Then the dream turned into a nightmare…”
