After a creation in 2020, a return in 2023 after two years marked by the covid crisis, the Paimpol mon amour festival resumes its biannual rhythm, with the 2025 edition, scheduled from February 13 to 16.
Still supported by the creative association, which today has around thirty active members and all volunteers, the event aims to “bring together the vital forces of the territory, in order to promote the region outside the summer period, to develop and support a spirit of solidarity and sharing, to highlight the arts and culture in all their forms and to provide aid to associations.” “Our wish, this year, is really to transform the test and to consolidate this dynamic that we have succeeded in initiating,” comments Christiane Meriaux, for the association. “There is also this unchanged desire to please the people of Paimpol, to energize the winter and to promote local artists, too,” adds Amaury Collier.
Note that this year, the festival hopes to expand its area of attraction. “We want to be able to reach people from Saint-Brieuc, Guingamp and Lannion,” indicates the association. Which also adds that a “survey on the geographical origin of festival-goers will be organized during the 2025 edition”.
