“The Substance”, directed by Coralie Fargeat and starring American actress Demi Moore, is a dramatic film which tells the story of the discovery of a mysterious substance capable of transforming the lives of human beings. The plot follows several characters, each confronted with this substance which seems to offer a solution to their personal problems, but which reveals unexpected consequences.

“Filming in Cannes is not a trivial choice. Given the economic and image interest of hosting filming, we have set up an action to canvass and welcome film crews. The results are there. Today, the French film “The Substance”, shot in Cannes and won the screenplay prize at the 77th Cannes International Festival, is rewarded with a Golden Globes.
