An information meeting for “Aging well” is organized by the Maison sport santé de Lorient and the town hall of Arzano, on Tuesday January 14, 2025. This is a “complete program combining adapted physical activity, with workshops dietetics,” announces Marie-Françoise Le Roch, Assistant for Social Affairs. She specifies that this service will be offered to people over 60 years old, residing in the Arzano territory and implemented from January 28.
Personalized follow-up
This program follows a call for projects from the Conference of Financers of Finistère, in partnership with the Regional Health Agency (ARS) and the department. These free workshops will take place in the Marie du Moustoir room of the Arzano socio-cultural center, on Tuesdays, for two hours per week. Ten physical activity sessions and six thematic dietary workshops are planned within this framework. These activities will be provided “by professionals. Each participant will benefit from individual interviews with the dietitian, at the start and end of the program,” says Maëlla Guigourés, working at Maison Sport santé.
Practical
The complete program will be presented during a meeting, which will take place on Tuesday January 14, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., Marie du Moustoir room at the sociocultural center, in Arzano.
