Next Saturday evening will take place the first semi-final of the twelfth season of “Star Academy” during which Marine and Charles will face off. The two academicians will sing a duet with several artists, including an international star. Here are the guests of the evening.
The outcome of the twelfth season of the Star Academy has never been closer. After three months of adventure, the four academicians still in the running will compete in two exceptional semi-finals. The first, which will take place this Saturday, January 11, will pit the Northern Marine against the Breton Charles. Ebony and Franck will face each other on January 18.

The pressure is at its peak for Marine and Charles, who only have a few days left to prepare the bonus that will seal their fate. Which of them will win their ticket to the grand final and thus have a chance of succeeding Pierre Garnier? The two semi-finalists will put all the chances on their side to convince the public. Saturday evening, they will defend their place with solos and duets with exceptional guests. Marine will have the chance to perform Feel Good with rising singing star Charlotte Cardin. Charles will sing with a world-famous artist, Charlie Winston. The two semi-finalists will also share the stage for a three-way medley with Santa.

Finally, for the solos, Marine will resume My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion and Charles SOS to an earthling in distress by Daniel Balavoine, two songs that marked their adventure at the Star Academy. Out of competition this week, Ebony and Franck will still participate in the bonus, and will sing with Camélia Jordana.
