The big premiere of WWE RAW on Netflix was marked by a new champion.
Indeed, during the RAW show on January 6, 2025, Rhea Ripley was able to defeat Liv Morgan to become the new WWE World Women's Champion. The match was initially planned to be a Last Woman Standing Match, but WWE officials ultimately made the decision to make it a singles match.
Dominik Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez tried to intervene to help their friend Liv Morgan, but were unsuccessful. Ripley finally countered Morgan's finisher to do two Riptides and win.
Rhea Ripley finally regains her WWE Women's Title after losing it with her injury. Following the match, Dominik Mysterio tried to make peace with Rhea Ripley, but found himself the victim of a Low Blow:
