In the last days and weeks, the Montreal Canadiens have given us a simply impressive streak.
We see a club that is relentless, determined, and above all confident in its abilities.
It’s been a long time since the Habs have generated so much enthusiasm and excitement among the fans, and here, with the last sequence of matches, we have just experienced some very good emotions.
The most impressive thing about all of this is that the majority of this sequence was filmed abroad, and therefore far from Montreal, through a grueling trip.
This trip ended last night against the Colorado Avalanche, and against all odds, the Canadian managed to complete his trip with a surprising 2-1 shootout victory.
CH therefore obtained eight points out of a possible ten in its five-match post-Christmas trip, against very good teams.
And not only are they good teams, they are recent former Stanley Cup champions.
Indeed, the Habs have just beaten the last four Stanley Cup champions in the space of five games.
Through these five games, the CH’s only defeat came against the worst team in the NHL, which is truly a classic for the Canadian, winning against good teams and losing against bad ones.

- January 4: 2-1 victory over the Colorado Avalanche – Champions of 2022
In short, CH has just experienced its best streak of the season, visiting the champions of the last five seasons abroad.
