Located at the entrance to Saint-Étienne-de-Fougères, the Mémé Cocotte restaurant will reopen its doors, with new owners at its helm. Manon and Sébastien Dekoker will take over from Émilie and Lydie, starting January 15. “First, we want to reassure regulars and confirm that we are keeping the same concept,” says Manon. We will therefore offer a menu for 16 euros, with a soup, a starter, a main course, a dessert and a coffee. »

On January 15, the couple will open a new chapter in their life, with an already established organization. “In the morning, we will both be in the kitchen; At noon, Manon will serve and I will stay behind the stove. We also plan to continue working with local products as much as possible, and of course, homemade. »
