WWE will travel to Spain in March 2025 and hold a SmackDown at the Olimpic Arena in Badalona. Axiom was born in Madrid, Spain, but has not wrestled in the country since 2022.
During an interview with Vicente Beltrán of “ViBe & Sports”, Axiom was asked about the possibility of wrestling for WWE in Spain.
He declares:
“I don’t remember if the show I attended in Leganes was in 2006 or 2007, but I remember the main event of that show was Great Khali & Finlay vs. Batista & Rey Mysterio. I was 10 or 11 years old and I remember watching Rey Mysterio. I was hoping he would call me to the ring to help him because Khali and Finlay were cheating a lot. It would mean a lot to me, as someone from Vallecas in Madrid who joined WWE and is an NXT Tag Team Champion, and it would be a moment of fulfillment for me. It would be me who would tell this child to put on a mask and he would meet his idols. »
Axiom is the current NXT Tag Team Champion along with Nathan Frazer. He is not currently scheduled for SmackDown in Spain.
