Taken over last August by a team of volunteers, the festival committee is already refining its programming, culminating in the medieval festivals in June.
“If the page 2024 is turned, there is no question of resting on our laurels or on the sofa: 2025 is going to be heavy! We are preparing a supercharged year for you, filled with laughter, madness and good times.” An announcement from the volunteers which bodes well for many activities in the Franciscan village. Here’s what awaits you.
Tartiflette and soap box race
From February 8, at 7 p.m. in the village hall, a tartiflette & karaoke evening. Whether you’re a karaoke star or a blind test pro, everyone has a chance to shine. Atmosphere guaranteed: music, laughter and memories to hum for a long time!
On February 15, the Thiercelieux giant werewolf game returns for a second edition to the village hall. Registrations are now open on 07 52 94 19 75 or 06 98 92 20 77.
For Easter, a soap box race will be organized in the village.

Finally, the highlight of the year 2025 for the festival committee will be June 28 and 29, with the organization of the first Francescas Medievals. “Enter the fascinating world of the Middle Ages! The doors of time will open to immerse you in the heart of a lively medieval village, where every street and square will resonate with the echo of drums, the clanking of armor and songs of the troubadours.”
Francescas will go back in time
You will stroll through the artisans’ market, discover ancestral know-how, historic camps set up for the occasion. Attend medieval and fantastic wanderings where knights, mysterious creatures and legendary heroes will take you into a world on the border between history and imagination. At the bend of an alley, medieval dances and music, before taking part in activities for the whole family: archery, treasure hunt for the more adventurous and a medieval escape game for challenge lovers!
