The Foyer d’education populaire celebrated Christmas with a day dedicated to conviviality and delicacy. Around thirty participants began the afternoon with an invigorating 7-kilometer hike around Lac de la Cavayère, an ideal route to enjoy the fresh air and natural setting. This energizing walk brought together 35 hikers, ready to share a moment of pleasure and collective effort. But the adventure didn’t stop there. Once back, the participants were welcomed in a festive atmosphere for a Christmas snack organized by members of the FEP office. The highlight of the event? The famous “13 Christmas desserts”, a revisited Provençal tradition, where almost all the sweets were prepared at home by the team’s talented cooks. This sweet treat, enjoyed by around forty people, delighted young and old alike. In a warm and cheerful atmosphere, the discussions went well, demonstrating the community spirit that characterizes the FEP. This festive afternoon allowed everyone to get together, share precious moments and end the year in style. A great success, which demonstrates once again that sport and indulgence can go hand in hand to celebrate the end of year holidays.
