The three-star chef and founder of La Pecoranegra in Lyon, Mauro Colagreco will welcome one of the best pizza makers in the world to his restaurant on January 16, 2025 for an exceptional evening. The two chefs will offer their customers an eight-course menu, “celebrating the richness and creativity of Italian cuisine“.
On the menu: “The signature pizzas of the iconic Italian pizza maker, such as the famous “fried pizza” as a starter, the Margherita Sbagliata or the Crisommola, mix with the daring creations of Mauro Colagreco, such as a pizza inspired by his emblematic dish served at Mirazur, Artichoke, Truffle and Comté Tart or one highlighting seasonal citrus fruits from Menton.
