Sunday chicken, Grandma's gratin or a generous roast veal: the pastry chefs had to create a delicious dessert that resembled their favorite family recipe! It was Timothée who managed to bluff Cyril and Mercotte the most, both visually and tastefully, and he therefore won a top prize.

Technical test: making the “super strudel”
The candidates had to make a thin strudel dough, a delicious apple compote, a pecan nut cookie and other sweets, all rolled up in a strudel dough so thin that you could see through it: a 100% technical test. inspired by Alsatian family recipes. It was José who won the event and this top!
Surprise test: the dessert imposed by the family
The pastry chefs had to make a dessert that they often missed at home. For the occasion, members of their families were present to force them to prepare the cake. At stake: a top awarded to the best achievement and an additional chance to reach the grand final! Tsiory was the favorite of the families and he won a voucher of 1,000 euros. Cyril and Mercotte gave Benjamin their best!
