From January 6 to April 30, 2025, Maison Kammerzell, a famous Strasbourg institution located a stone’s throw from the cathedral, will offer a very attractive offer.

Here’s which one.

Two sauerkrauts for the price of one

The offer concerns the sauerkraut with three fisha dish created by former owner and chef Guy-Pierre Baumann in 1972, featuring salmon, halibut and haddock.

« Pour sauerkraut with three fish bought, one gets free”: that’s the restaurant’s promise. The two sauerkrauts will therefore cost 28.90 euros.

Valid every day, with two exceptions

The offer is valid, the midi and the eveningfrom two place settings and up to four free sauerkrauts per table. However, it will not be applicable during Valentine’s Day dinner on Friday February 14 and Easter lunch on Sunday April 20.
