Phillip Pines, a former employee of Sean “Diddy” Combs between 2019 and 2021, filed a lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and intentional emotional harm. According to his testimony, he was forced to prepare rooms for private parties nicknamed by P. Diddy the “nights of the wild king”.
Preparations included installing red lighting, making alcohol, drugs, sexual paraphernalia and various products, such as baby oil or lubricant, available. Phillip Pines also claims that medications like Cialis, an erectile dysfunction product, and the morning-after pill were among the supplies needed.
After these evenings, he was responsible for cleaning up any compromising traces: drugs, condoms, bodily fluids, and used objects. “The plaintiff removed all traces of drugs, condoms, sex toys, removed stains of blood, urine, fluids from sheets and furniture, and packed up all items used during the 'Wild King Nights'” , court documents state.
Phillip Pines also allegedly extracted compromising videos from P. Diddy's electronic devices and supervised their destruction. He distributed generous tips to hotel staff to ensure their silence, according to the charges.
P. Diddy's legal team strongly rejects these accusations. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed against Mr. Combs, it will not change the fact that he never sexually abused anyone or participated in human trafficking,” they said. They say they are confident in the rapper's ability to prove his innocence during his trial scheduled for May 2025.
These new accusations are added to the legal cases already in progress, while witnesses affirm that the rapper, who recently appeared in court, seemed very thin.
