No less than fifty-five people gathered this Wednesday, December 18, at the multipurpose hall of La Chapelle-Neuve, near Baud in Morbihan. .
If, as traditionally before Christmas, the club brings its members together around the end-of-year meal, this year it also had to celebrate the hundredth birthday of a member: Mélanie Colleter, born November 23, 1924.
“She’s a grandmother like we all would like to have”
“Mélanie has done a lot for the club, including she has been a member since its creation, around fifty years. She has seen the presidencies succeed one another and tells me in this regard that I am the 5th and that I am the best! Caterer, accordion and songs
The club went out of its way for this celebration: “We exceptionally called on a caterer for the meal and an entertainer came to brighten up our meal with her accordion and her songs.

Four other members, the oldest over 90 years old, were honored, including Alexis Le Bouler, 99 years old, who was absent but who had his meal at home. Each of the people honored was given a bouquet of flowers and a gift.
