As works such as The Sign of Dreams, Rohan at the Louvre, Les Gardiens du Louvre and Les Chats du Louvre have already proven in the past, it is not uncommon for the Louvre Museum to associate itself with different artists, particularly manga artists, to design works using it as a framework. This will be the case again with Fauve the exorcist of the Louvreto be published by Vega-Dupuis from February 14, 2025at the price of 8,35€ by volume.
This work in manga format is of South American origin since we owe it to Paula Andradea comic book and manga author from Buenos Aires. His books, published in Argentina, Brazil, France and Italy, generally seek to explore the human mind through the prisms of the Gothic and the fantastic. In addition to her work as an author, she runs illustration, writing and editing workshops, and in her free time she manages Gutter Glitter, an independent publishing house.
Here, as the title of the work suggests, we follow a particular exorcist as she speaks to the works of art in the museum, listens to their concerns and, with the help of her knowledge of art history, exorcise their problems before they threaten the entire Louvre.

Whether it's a masterpiece in distress, or a painting that just wants to hang out in the garden, Fauve and his colleagues in the mimetic security department ensure the security of the museum, both for the works and for people, while gradually getting to know each other…
