The magic of Christmas takes over the castle of Dampierre-en-Yvelines and it is worth discovering with the family

During the Christmas holidays, the Domaine de Dampierre-en-Yvelines offers activities to celebrate the end of the year.

During all end-of-year holidays, from December 21, 2024 to January 5, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., a light display will be offered. During these two weeks, decorations will be installed in the courtyards of the castle, on and inside the castle to the wonder of young and old.

Of the carriage rides pulled by American mules will allow everyone to discover the gardens and the forest park in the colors of winter.

Different activities and shows every day

Of the animations for children, such as reading Christmas stories in the castle and pony workshops every Wednesday in December, will be offered. And every day, a different show!

• Theatrical stroll in the castle by the Diapason company “Journey to the heart of the works of Jules Verne”, January 4 and 5, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. & 4 p.m.
• Magic Lantern Show in the castle Orangery by the Histoires des Lanternes association, December 26 & 27, 2024 and January 2 & 3, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
• Screening of Christmas films in the Château's orangery.
